Can Six Months Change a Life?

It hasn’t been easy but I realized it just wasn’t about losing weight…it was more about getting healthy. With retirement looming on the horizon, I wanted to be able to enjoy the time with my husband, sons, and grandsons.

I feel more energized and am starting to really live life better. So, yes, six months can change a life! I know that I will not be abandoned by MHC and that I can maintain by its method of healthy eating. Occasional indulgences just need to be just that…for an occasion…so that I can sustain the results and feel the satisfaction I am feeling writing this testimony.
